Production OperatorsCardinal Staffing is hiring Production Operators for upcoming and ongoing positions with an automotive supplier in Norwalk, OH.Job SummaryThe Production Mold Operator is responsible for operating molding equipment used to manufacture automotive insulation and acoustic products. This position ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while maintaining production goals and a clean work environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect parts for quality defects, including dimensions, appearance, and proper formation.Trim, assemble, stack, label, and package finished products as required.Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors or maintenance of equipment issues.Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.Shift Times:1st shift: 6am - 2pm2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm3rd shift: 10pm - 6amAll shifts may require hours in addition to this scheduleCompensation:$18.00/hrShift Premium AvailableDouble-time on Sunday hoursAbout Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, a SureStaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
