Great Place To Work Certified, Yooz puts people first with a culture built on integrity, excellence, and obsessive customer focus.ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting — calls, email, and social — into target accounts within your assigned territoryResearch and identify key contacts (CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, AP leaders) and craft relevant, personalized outreach that speaks to their pain points and coordinates prospecting messaging within territory AE's.Qualify inbound leads from Marketing / Digital Campaigns and route sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executive teamBook meetings and product demos that convert into qualified pipelineMaintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline records in the CRMPartner closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and target account strategyHit and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline-generation targetsRequirements0–2 years of sales or business development experience; prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills — comfortable getting on the phone and handling objectionsSelf-motivated with a competitive, coachable mindset and a genuine desire to grow into a closing sales roleOrganized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to manage high volumes of outreach and CRM hygieneComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentCompensation & LocationBase salary: $80,000–$90,000, plus bonusLocation: Remote, unless based in the Dallas metro area
