Job Summary

Next Levelz Freight LLC is seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused White Glove Delivery Installation Technicians to join our growing team. Our company specializes in final-mile delivery services, furniture and appliance delivery, in-home placement, assembly, and installation.

The ideal candidate takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, handling merchandise with care, and ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to creating an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, transport, and deliver furniture, appliances, and other merchandise.
• Provide white glove service, including bringing items inside customers’ homes and placing them in designated locations.
• Assemble furniture and perform basic installations according to company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Protect customers’ homes by using floor coverings, protective equipment, and proper handling techniques.
• Inspect merchandise before delivery and report damages, shortages, or other issues immediately.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery schedules, arrival times, and service expectations.
• Obtain customer signatures, complete delivery paperwork, and update delivery status using mobile applications.
• Work collaboratively with delivery helpers and team members to safely handle heavy or oversized items.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and follow all safety procedures.
• Represent Next Levelz Freight LLC with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous furniture delivery, appliance delivery, moving, warehouse, or installation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items safely, with team lifting or equipment when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and furniture assembly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to the designated work location.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete a background check and any required driving or safety screening.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of furniture and appliances.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicles and navigate stairs when required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely use dollies, straps, hand tools, and other delivery equipment.

Compensation and Benefits
