Job Description
A very well-respected commercial construction operation in the Bay Area is actively looking to hire an experienced Project Manager/Estimator – (MUST have acoustical ceiling experience). If you are looking for a company who is all about “mutual respect” and is not interested in micromanagement, this could be the ticket! They understand that the employee has expectations, just as the company has expectations.
This person will be responsible for estimating/developing estimates for acoustical ceilings within the construction industry. They will be responsible for estimating costs associated with changing of schedules and will also be working/communicating with subcontractors.
