Position Overview

\n

The Institutional Partnership Manager will coordinate and strengthen Learnvia's relationships with prospective faculty and institutional partners, ensuring that complex partnerships move from interest to successful implementation and renewal. The manager will achieve adoption targets within an assigned region or segment, including new sales and renewals, by effectively planning, promoting and selling Learnvia’s courseware products and services and by effectively utilizing marketing tools and strategies to maximize outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, the Partnership Manager will serve as a central point of coordination for designated faculty and institutional partnerships, maintaining a clear understanding of each partner's goals, commitments, stakeholders, timelines, and opportunities for deeper engagement. Key responsibilities include establishing contact, qualifying leads, scheduling demos, responding to questions, regular and proactive communication, and securing a commitment to adopt the courseware. This individual will also collect key market intelligence and provide relevant feedback to the Learnvia team.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly collaborative and understands higher education, enjoys building relationships, and can move comfortably between external partner engagement and behind-the-scenes execution.
