Base Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 / hour (DOE)
Glassical Designs specializes in creating corporate recognition products, including custom glass, crystal, and acrylic awards. As our sales volume continues to expand, we are growing our administrative support team to ensure our high-performing sales accounts run smoothly!
The Sales Support Assistant plays a vital operational role by partnering directly with our Sales Support Specialist and Sales Representative. You will handle daily administrative execution, work order writing, order pipeline tracking, and vendor coordination so our sales team can continue driving business growth.
This is a dynamic, high-detail role for a proactive teammate who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping projects moving seamlessly from sale to production.
Order Processing & Data Intake: Accurately write up nameplate and standard custom orders, prepare option documents/proof requests, and import bulk client order lists into internal systems.
Workflow & Schedule Tracking: Monitor production calendars for review dates, track high-priority rush orders, flag exception delays, and assist with invoice timing adjustments for month-end billing.
Client & Vendor Logistics: Act as the primary contact for routine vendor stock/pricing checks, send proactive shipping tracking updates to clients, and log returns/claims for damaged or missing items.
Sales Growth Support: Assist the sales rep with lead research, prospective account data gathering, and routine account maintenance.
Starting Base Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 / hour (Full-Time, Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
