Position Overview

Our growing Strategy & Growth team at HYBE Americas is seeking a proactive, highly organized Strategy & Growth Coordinator. The ideal candidate will keep our Head of Strategy & Growth focused on what matters most, run the team's operating rhythm, and turn data and research into polished materials for senior leadership.

This is part project management, part operations, and part right hand to leadership. You'll be the connective tissue between our strategy team and stakeholders across New York, Los Angeles, Seoul, and Latin America, making sure priorities are clear, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in our New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater New York or Los Angeles areas at their own expense prior to their start date — we are not offering relocation assistance for this role, though it may be considered on a case-by-case basis for select candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & priority management: Own the Head of Strategy & Growth's calendar, triaging inbound requests so leadership time goes to partnership negotiations and strategic work.
  • Operating rhythm: Set up and run the team's weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy reviews. Track KPIs, manage cross-functional deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned so growth initiatives keep moving.
  • Executive presentations: Turn raw data, research, and financial summaries into clear, polished decks tailored to different audiences, from internal teams to senior leadership and partners.
  • Global coordination: Serve as the communication hub across a global, matrixed organization, coordinating work and information across time zones (NY, LA, Seoul, LatAm) and internal teams.
  • Systems & workflows: Build and maintain trackers, meeting agendas, and team databases that keep information flowing and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Meeting prep & follow-through: Anticipate what leadership needs before key meetings, prepare pre-reads, capture action items, and follow up to make sure they get done.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in an operations, project management, or high-level support role in a fast-paced environment, ideally in entertainment, media, or tech
  • Strong deck-building skills in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint, with an eye for turning complex information into clear, compelling stories
  • Comfort with modern project management and tracking tools
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • A proactive mindset: you anticipate needs, spot problems early, and act before being asked
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a growing organization
  • High EQ and polished communication skills; you're confident working with senior executives and global teams
  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience in the music or entertainment industry
  • Experience supporting a strategy, business development, or partnerships function
  • Bilingual capabilities in Korean or Spanish
  • Experience working across international teams and time zones

Technologies/Systems/Software we use

  • Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Notion)
  • Slack and Zoom

Don't match every skill listed? Almost nobody does! Think you're a good fit anyway? Please let us know.

Salary Range

The salary range for this job is $70,304 to $80,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.

Why Join Us

We back our passion for music with benefits that take care of you, so you can bring your best to the work that inspires millions.
