Traveling SuperintendentA well-established general contractor is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to run ground-up warehouse, distribution, light industrial and manufacturing projects across the country. If you like big slabs, tilt-wall, and fast schedules, and you're comfortable living on the road, this role keeps you busy from one project to the next.What You'll DoRun field operations on distribution centers, cold storage, light industrial and manufacturing facilitiesOversee sitework, foundations, tilt-wall or precast, steel erection, roofing and MEPManage trade partners, daily reports, look-aheads and inspectionsKeep jobsites safe, clean and on scheduleWork with the Project Manager on schedule, cost and owner updatesDrive punch lists, closeout and turnoverWhat You BringSuperintendent experience on ground-up warehouse, industrial or manufacturing projects (required)Tilt-wall, precast or PEMB experienceWillingness to travel full timeOSHA 30 (preferred)Strong scheduling skills and a calm, hands-on leadership styleWhat We OfferSalary range of $100,000–$140,000, plus per diem, travel allowances and benefits, and a steady pipeline of projects.Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship is available.Advance your career in construction.
